- Async vision: She immediately saw that Pete should write the course down rather than only deliver it live, enabling an asynchronous version for wider reach

The TA/Co-op Offer
Victoria proposed a trade: a seat in the course in exchange for being TA, helping students in real time, and preparing async materials for future cohorts. Pete accepted.
The Novel Incident
Victoria was also the person offended by Pete's novel-writing module:
Pete: "One person who has spent years writing her own novel, she was pretty offended. She's like, Pete, this completely devalues the whole process of writing and thinking."
Pete noted he hadn't had a chance to explain it was a stress test, not an artistic claim.
