The Story
The Nameless One: "Here in the panhandle of Idaho, there's a trucking company, a small trucking company. Young entrepreneur and 3 trucks. Those 3 trucks go to this board where things that can be picked up are listed. Every morning they get up at 3 or 4 AM, and the entrepreneur and his three truck drivers meet, and they try to look at this board manually and figure out where they're gonna route their trucks."
They were making $3,000 per truck. The entrepreneur used Claude Code to build an AI logistics optimizer:
